The Kombucha SCOBY is what ferments sweet tea to create the lightly sparkling soft drink Kombucha.
We provide you with the Kombucha pellicle along with 180ml of starter tea which will initially make 1 litre of Kombucha. Your SCOBY will continue to grow so you can make larger batches, pass on to friends, compost or try making some Kombucha fruit leather!
