Spicy Carrot
Fermented carrot with a mix of Indian spices.
This ferment is superbly balanced between the strong mustard and chilli flavours and the smooth sweetness of carrot.
A relatively short ferment compared to it's counterparts, this ferment is perfect for those new to the tang!
It's a great addition to any curry, stir-fry, omelette or salad dish; it's sure to brighten up any meal.
Ingredients: Carrot, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek, Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Nigella Seeds, Ground Ginger, Cornish Sea Salt.

Charges are based on weight of parcel:
Up to 2kg= £5.95
Over 2kg-10kg= £7.95
Delivery is with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and usually takes 1-2 working days.
Please note: All orders are dispatched on a weekly basis on Mondays. Last orders for Monday post is Saturday.
