Cultured Dairy Workshop
Come and learn all about how to make your very own cultured dairy products, full of beneficial bacteria good for the gut.
In this 3 hour session you will make your own milk kefir (with grains to take home), cultured butter, cultured cream and yoghurt.
You will learn how to make cultured cheese including soft cream cheese, feta style and cottage, all using milk kefir.
There'll be tonnes of tasters and an e-guide to take home so you can continue your fermenting journey.
Why learn to ferment dairy?
Fermenting dairy using kefir grains has so many amazing benefits. It can lower the casein and lactose in the milk, making it easier to digest. It helps break down vitamins and minerals so we can access them a lot easier as well as being a great source of beneficial live microbes (many more than in shop bought and it works out a lot cheaper too!)

-Apron
-3x Jars (500g jar)
-Small food flask (500ml) and towel
-Notepad and pen

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelling up to 10 days before workshop date a full refund will be offered,
if cancelling up to 5 days before workshop date, transfer to another date will be offered. Sadly if cancelling within 5 days of the workshop date, no refund will be offered.
