CAMINO KRAUT
It's officially a year since we left on our big Camino adventure, and we're really feeling the blues...it was a life changing trip!
In honour of it, May's Seasonal Special will be a Camino Kraut, inspired by the flavours and colours of our epic adventure.
Made with Red Cabbage, Smoked Paprika, Chilli, Garlic, Nigella Seeds, Dulce, Cornish Sea Salt
The deep red colour reflects the copious glasses of red wine shared along the trail. Chilli and smoked paprika bring in the warmth and richness of chorizo and paella dishes, while dulce nods to the seafood including the famous octopus.
Garlic is a tribute to the beloved Galician garlic soup. And the nigella seeds represent new beginnings, a reminder of renewal, growth, and the fresh perspective that comes with the journey.
The result is a smoky, tangy, and deeply flavourful ferment.
This will be ready on 1st May.

Charges are based on weight of parcel:
Up to 2kg= £5.95
Over 2kg-10kg= £7.95
Delivery is with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and usually takes 1-2 working days.
Please note: All orders are dispatched on a weekly basis on Mondays. Last orders for Monday post is Saturday.
