In this 2.5 hour session, you will learn all about the live cultures of kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir and ginger bug used to make gut friendly, living fermented drinks.
This will be a hands-on workshop where you will make your very own kombucha, kefir and wild starter to take home.
You'll also be provided with live cultures and full instructions so you can continue your fermentation journey at home.
And of course, there'll be lots of tasters throughout the afternoon too!
