Slightly tangy with a hit of spice, our version of this El Salvadoran side dish is naturally fermented for a minimum of two weeks in traditional crocks.
A perfect blend of garlic, oregano, cumin and chilli is added to create a vibrant, warming and flavourful ferment.
Traditionally served alongside pupusas, Curtido works well with salads, tortillas and wraps. Try some in a mixed bean burrito or a pulled pork taco, it's delish!
