In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will delve into the wonderful world of fermentation and create 2 delicious festive ferments, ready for Christmas day.
This will be a hands-on course where you will make a Christmas Kraut and a bottle of your very own festive flavoured Kombucha using a selection of Organic, locally grown produce, herbs and spices.
There will also be a demo of how to make your own festive mincemeat and of course lots of tasters.
By the end of the session you will have the skills and knowledge to be able to make delicious fermented vegetables at home. You will have access to the Consciously Cultured Fermenting Forum on Facebook and/or whatsapp which will provide you with as much support as you need in all your fermenting endeavours.
