Ras El Hanout Sauerkraut
This month's Seasonal Special is a Ras El Hanout Sauerkraut in collaboration with The Spicery, Bristol.
It's a North African inspired Sauerkraut made with a Ras El Hanout spice blend.
Ras El Hanout translates to 'top shelf herbs' e.g. the best spices/herbs a shop has to offer. It is often used in Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian dishes like tagines.
This ferment is packed with flavour with a slight warmth (not spicy though).
Ingredients: cabbage, carrot, onion, jerusalem artichoke, cardamom seeds, cassia, bay, allspice, fennel seeds, caraway, long pepper, cubeb pepper, rose, lavender, black pepper, cumin, mace, black cardamom, coriander, cayenne pepper, paprika, turmeric, galangal nutmeg, ginger, cloves, saffron, cornish sea salt

Charges are based on weight of parcel:
Up to 2kg= £5.95
Over 2kg-10kg= £7.95
Delivery is with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and usually takes 1-2 working days.
Please note: All orders are dispatched on a weekly basis on Mondays. Last orders for Monday post is Saturday.
