Join Caitlin Walsh, Owner and Founder of Delea Fermented Foods, for a gut health & fermented food filled evening on Wednesday 4th October at Liskeard Hive, Liskeard.
During the session we'll be taking a deep dive in to all things fermented covering everything from the gut microbiome to fermented foods and their origins.
You'll learn all about what fermented foods are, the variety of fermented foods available e.g. kombucha, kefir and kimchi, how to use them and their many health benefits.
There'll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and of course lots of tasters along the way.
