This is our take on the famous Korean side dish. It's spicy, slightly sour with notes of ginger & garlic. It works amazingly well with cheese (try a Kim-Cheese Toastie).
It also adds a lovely zing to any stir-fry!
Ingredients: White Cabbage, Carrot, Spring Onion, Radish, Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru Powder (Korean Red Pepper), Cornish Sea Salt.
